As a POD Leader in CMT-MM I lead a team of SEs (4 core SEs) in supporting 4 sales regions. Our function as POD Leader is to act as both the Team Lead & Strategic SE for our aligned sales regions. We are to set a tone and foster a culture driving Salesforce\'s core values forward and ensure our customers successful. Responsibilities • Determine AE/RVP & SE Alignments • Engage across OUs to share learnings and collaborate on best practices. • Lead weekly POD team meetings and hold weekly 1:1\'s with each POD SE. • Support each POD SE on account & deal execution. • Strategic support on RVP & AVP big bets. • Develop create & close strategies. • Support POD SEs on exec readouts and cross-cloud demos. • Ensure app rigor is tight across POD and provide air cover for POD SEs. • Support hiring initiatives & onboard/mentor new SEs. • Drive POD culture, collaboration, & teamwork.
