Programme Manager for Scientific Computing Elixir Compute and Tools Platforms & Eosc Coordinator @Elixir

ELIXIR is an intergovernmental organisation that brings together life science resources from across Europe through our secure AAI access mechanisms. These resources include databases, software tools and containers, training materials, hybrid cloud services and HPC. The goal of ELIXIR is to coordinate these resources so that they form a single infrastructure. This infrastructure makes it easier for scientists to find and share data, exchange expertise, and agree on best practices. Ultimately, it will help them gain new insights into how living organisms work. ELIXIR includes 21 members and over 180 research organisations. It was founded in 2014, and from 2024 will implement it\'s 3rd five-year scientific programme. We play a major role in coordinating major international consortia in the life sciences and representing the 13 EOSC Life RI Partners in Europe.
