Provide architecture consulting, project planning, development and implementation to support various integration efforts at Fortune 500 companies. Activities include: 1) Strategic advisor for the formation of an Automation Architecture Team and DevOps Engineering Team for an aerospace manufacturer as part of a endeavor to create CI/CD Pipelines in “two speed” operations (on-prem traditional and container-based NextGen) supporting integration needs. Together, the two groups are called “The Machine Shop” as they create tools, utilities and are advisors to application teams to jumpstart their DevOps efforts. 2) Formation of a Middleware Services practice at TxMQ, Inc, an IBM Business Partner. As practice manager, evaluate employees’ technical capabilities and, working with others, match with client needs for engagements. This role has me set the technical direction for the practicewhile also staying informed on client and industry trends to constantly seek out opportunities for expansion. 3) Authored whitepapers for API Naming strategies for z/OS Connect, and DevOps pipeline strategies for IBM App Connect Enterprise
