Each contract was over $3M in ARR and both record multi-year terms.• Regularly presents Quarterly Business Reviews for current champion (e.g, Manager, Director of Fraud), as well as VP/Sr. VP level. These include overall performance of Key Metrics, KPIs, ROI, and strategic goals/timelines in regard to fraud and chargebacks. • Within the first 6 months at company, created a semi-automated report for Quarterly Business Review for fraud metrics and KPIs using SQL, Excel, PPT that all Account Managers could use.
