Partnered with government stakeholders to optimize and streamline Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) processes for increased efficiencyLed all facets of site implementation to include construction management, financial planning, contract negotiation, hiring, and business-to-business development.Created and drove a series of Earned Value Management metrics to quantify program success, drive continuous improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
