I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, launching new products, ensuring compliance, and resolving customer issues in the ride-sharing industry.Most recently, as a Manager of Global Operations at Uber, I worked on several key company projects and priorities across the business, such as improving driver and courier transparency, fairness, and satisfaction, enhancing the rider experience during the Covid-19 pandemic, and managing the nationwide framework for customer remediations after outages. I also acted as a Global Lead for Product and Support within the Pride at Uber ERG, where I advocated for diversity and inclusion for our LGBTQIA+ employees, driver-partners, and riders.
