ABOUT JT THOMPSON TREPANIER
Over 34 years of rare autoimmune conditions, I’ve chosen to let pain and challenge catalyze me. I’ve learned that in every challenge we face, there is wisdom to be found. We just have to know how to look for it. Through my studies in psychophysiology, guided imagery and somatic work, three of my favorite tools, I’ve learned how to reprogram my response to pain by going into the pain instead of pushing it away. Accepting what is has opened me to new possibilities and inner wisdom. My experience allows me to invite clients to explore their pain and break through old, subconscious patterns. When we are honest with ourselves, and we safely share our stories with others, we lift the veils of shame. We discover there is no shame; there are only our stories. We are all more alike than we are different.
