   In charge of all day-to-day operations for a 24x7, sq. ft. distribution center for a high-volume e-commerce global distributor of technology products. Supervises 125 FTEs, leading staff hiring, training, and performance management. Fully accountable for managing and maintaining monthly payroll budgets. Established and implemented standard operating procedures for all facility processes and operations. Drove the planning and rollout of new functions, SOPs, and processes with automated equipment. Created and developed a comprehensive cycle count process and inventory management program. Established individual and team KPIs to motivate staff and reward overachievers. Led a plant-wide 5S implementation and re-designed the warehouse layout to increase efficiency. Developed and rolled out an in-depth, incentive-based cross-training program for all the staff. Spearheads continuous process improvement projects, including developing 5S standards throughout all production functions.
