About Jennifer Stucker
I graduated from the University of West Florida in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on legal studies. After college I moved to Madrid, Spain for a year to learn conversational Spanish and teach various subjects to the first grade of a primary school. After Madrid, I made the decision to go back to the United States to pursue higher education. Ultimately, I decided to attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law from 20••••20 where I earned a JD with a specialized certificate in Environmental Law. During my last year I had the privilege of holding the secretary position for Loyola’s Environmental Law Society where I assisted the board in planning environmental activities for the law school. I was also a member of Loyola’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) argument team and competed during my last Fall semester. After finishing law school, I decided to continue my environmental education at Loyola and joined their first LLM program specializing in Environmental Policy. Throughout my time at Loyola, I had the opportunity to work for an environmental law firm, the Green Justice Coalition. At Green Justice, I assisted attorneys with writing research reports on various environmental disputes including tribal water rights, protecting endangered species, and prisoner rights.
