When litigation is unavoidable, I vigorously defend employers in state and federal court, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies. I have a proven track record of successfully defending employers, obtaining summary judgment and defense verdicts in cases arising under the full range of state and federal anti-discrimination laws. I also have significant experience litigating whistleblower cases brought under the False Claims Act, Dodd-Frank, Sarbanes-Oxley, and various other whistleblower laws. I have also successfully defended companies involved in complex class and collective actions brought under the WARN Act, COBRA, and the FLSA, defeating multiple motions for class and collective certification, and negotiating settlements in cases involving millions of dollars in potential exposure.I also help clients protect their competitive interests through enforcing covenants not to compete and litigating breaches of duty of loyalty and theft of trade secrets claims.
