In this role, I report to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Performance. As part of the Supply Chain Performance team, I apply our global best practices to 30+ US, Canadian, and Mexican factories. I am responsible for measuring and communicating to senior leadership our structural capacity to enable our \'Power of 2\' strategy for critical production lines in our region. I am also responsible for compiling and challenging our region\'s Direct Labor Productivity (DLP).
