Initially worked for z/OS professional services division and then transferred to Software Enablement and assigned AIX, Unix, and Linux operating systems and software projects. Transferred to Technical Sales in June of 2006. Currently responsible for technical pre and post-sales of IBM z/OS systems software for the North American Industrial Market. Awarded three Outstanding Technical Achievement Awards for software development (2010,2015,2018). Maintain a technical sales z/OS SYSPLEX (two z/OS LPARS and a Linux on System z image) including all software installation, configuration, performance and security responsibilities.
