   Brought on to design, build and maintain company‐wide network and provide 24x7x365 support for a rapidly expanding solar EPC contractor.Company expansion over the next several years would result in 7 office locations, including one in India. Created and maintained a secure Wi‐Finetwork. Effectively balanced business needs with IT capabilities while managing all areas of technology within the company. Assumed concurrentresponsibility for company‐wide supply chain management role in 2009.Key IT Accomplishments:* Project Manager for VoIP phone system implementation. This encompassed all aspects including research, matching company needs to systemfeatures, vendor quotes, and project implementation. Created, designed and taught phone‐system training programs for diverse user groups* Migrated the CRM system from LeadMaster to Salesforce. This included replicating all LeadMaster customization in the new Salesforceenvironment. Created, designed and taught Salesforce training programs for diverse user groups* Coordinated seamless transition of the financial system from Excel to Sage while maintaining data integrity. This allowed for the creation ofauditable financial statements necessary to bid on various projects and also to obtain financing* Instituted and authored IT policies and procedures including asset tagging which was integrated into SageKey Purchasing Accomplishments:* Created a real‐time cost book database for current pricing on all RFP’s and RFQ’s* Implemented and customized PO and Invoice generation from Sage* Negotiated terms and prices for all capital equipment purchases, improving pricing and lead‐times* Collaborated with management‐team colleagues to analyze sales forecasts and formulate the strategic plans needed to achieve short and long-rangesupply‐management* Designed automated Procurement Report tied into MS Project giving weekly updates to project managers on delivery times for all equipment
