I strive to serve others in everything I do.Create- I am a passionate believer in the power of creativity. Whether it’s brainstorming new ideas, collaborating with cross functional teams, or building a “tree house bed” for my son’s room, I thrive on creating innovative solutions. With a focus on design thinking and a dedication to continuous improvement, I’m always looking for ways not just to create, but to create value.Laugh- For me, laughter is an essential part of the creative process – a way to break down barriers, build relationships, and spark new ideas. Whether it’s cracking jokes during team meetings, engaging in team-building activities, or sending a perfectly hysterical gif to a colleague, I believe that laughter is the best medicine – especially when it comes to tackling challenging projects and achieving exceptional results.Another important part of who I am is that I consider myself a donut enthusiast. Whenever I visit a new shop, I always order a plain glazed donut first. It’s the OG of the donut world. If a shop has a great glazed donut, they have a strong foundation and likely have more amazing things to offer. I feel the same way about the technology products and solutions I build. I focus on a solid foundation first, and once that is nailed down then we can start adding the creative sprinkles.Through serving others, creating innovative solutions, laughing along the way, and with the occasional donut run, I am committed to achieving excellence in everything I do.
