   As engineering manager of data onboarding- Led 9 person squad of data engineers, product engineers, product manager, designer- Automated onboarding of customer data, reducing engineering and customer support workload, allowing Haus to scale customer base- Continued shaping rituals and culture as company surpassed 100 employeesAs first engineer to join at series seed- Launched SaaS application and services supporting dozens of customers from small businesses to enterprise corporations- Led development of cultural practices as the team grew from 4 to dozens of employees: agile rituals, mission & values definition, offsite facilitation, company goal setting
