I am a Contract Manager currently supporting GitLab’s Commercial team with experience in the legal industry as it pertains to contract lifecycle management, biotechnology research, and SaaS/self-managed software technology environments. Throughout my career I have developed excellent interpersonal skills through strong professional and community affiliations.    Engage on top priority and complex agreements tied to large value transactions across sales, procurement, and non-sales engagements- Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts including services, consulting, marketing, licensing, non-disclosure, data privacy, and other commercial and technology related agreements- Perform risk analysis review for all contractual documents and recommend mitigating options- Understand the company and products in order to identify risks, develop solutions, mitigation and negotiation strategies- Collaborate with outside counsel on policy creation and enforcement, and work closely with Legal team members to develop and improve standardized forms, processes, and procedures- Drive improvements to end-to-end contract management processes and support company-wide implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems- Create and present training materials for Contract Managers and Sales Team Members- Contribute to Contract Manager Playbooks and other supporting documentation- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Team Members and Leadership- Input completed contracts into the contract management system and capture key terms.
