In my current role as a Dealer Changeover Corporate Consultant at Canadian Tire Corporation, I am responsible for ensuring that the changeover process meets the highest standards of accuracy, fairness, and compliance.To achieve this, I plan, educate, and prepare Dealers and store staff for the changeover process, including evaluating fixed assets, conducting financial valuations, and overseeing inventory counts. I also communicate changeover policies and guidelines to all parties involved and develop store-specific critical paths that outline all necessary actions, people, and timelines for the changeover process.Previously, as an Analyst in TD Financial Crimes Division, I provided a range of analytical, adjudication, detection, operational, escalation, and evaluation process support for minimizing losses to customers and the bank while contributing to the management of adverse impacts and reputational risks.My experience in customer service has also honed my ability to communicate effectively, provide legendary customer service, and advise on various banking products to customers to optimize their banking experience while achieving sales targets. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. During my time there, I gained a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate finance. This education provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the business world and has been invaluable in my career as a corporate consultant.
