Jeff Messer brings over 30 years of business development and management experience in entrepreneurial and corporate endeavors within a wide range of industries. Currently, Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer for KONZA, a not-for-profit organization that provides physician-led health information exchange and data analytics services in 9 US states. Beginning his career in the investment and venture capital industry, Jeff’s recent experience has included serving as CFO for ToolWatch, LLC, a SaaS resource and operations management software platform serving the construction industry. He joined the company in 2019 to prepare for and then successfully navigate the company through, what would eventually be an eight-figure private equity transaction. Additionally, Jeff was an Angel Investor and served as VP of Market Development for DispatchHealth, a technology enabled, mobile, in-home healthcare provider; was Chief Development Officer for CORHIO, a leading Health Information Exchange; grew a facilities surveys company as Chief Operating Officer, consulted in healthcare and the Public Healthcare IT sector; and started several small businesses.Early in his career, Jeff established the first Colorado based franchise operation of Furniture Medic and built it to a consistently top-five ranked, multi-license operation. He served on the National Accounts Committee, the National Marketing Committee and served as the Director for Strategic Initiatives/National Sales Director. He and his wife, Heidi, were recognized with several sales and business operations awards during their years with the ServiceMaster owned franchise organization.
