Established in 1884, The Denver Athletic Club is downtown Denver’s premier member-owned, private club. Consistently ranked one of the top ten athletic clubs by Platinum Clubs of America, The DAC boasts square feet of fitness facilities, full-service dining and banquet services; and organized social, business and athletic events.The DAC’s square feet of athletic amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center; as 25-meter indoor pool; squash and racquetball centers; yoga and CrossFit studios; a gymnasium; group exercise and SPIN studios. In addition the club offers year-round recreational activities including bike rides, tournaments, races and leagues. More than 100 social events are organized for DAC members each year. These range from family and children’s events to wine tastings and Chef’s dinners and exclusive access to cultural and sporting events. Signature club events include the Athlete of the Year banquet; St. Paddy’s Punch Out Boxing Night; Parade of Lights holiday party and Back to the DAC—an annual fall open house.Members may host private events in one of two sumptuous ballrooms or on the rooftop sundeck; reserve the historic bowling alley; or meet friends in a classic billiards room that offers pool, shuffleboard, and a place to catch the game. The Tavern Restaurant and 1884 Dining Room offer full-service dining and catering by award-winning Chef Dominic Menna. Casual fare and made-to-order coffee drinks and smoothies can be found in our Pub and Snack Bar.The DAC offers amenities, services and programs for every stage of life. Additional perquisites of club membership include onsite parking privileges, fully-licensed childcare, a business technology center, massage therapy, physical therapy and a med-spa. Members enjoy access to the club 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year.
