At Turing, I lead a global team covering all aspects of Data, Analytics, and ML/AI required for advancing Generative AI training and deployment.Previously, at LinkedIn, I was responsible for a team of machine learning engineers developing and deploying scalable and robust solutions for various business problems for the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business - this includes areas such as job seeker growth, job seeker experience, and jobs understanding. Prior to that I was responsible for the AI team for LinkedIn Learning. I have 10+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining, with a Ph.D. in Language Technologies from Carnegie Mellon University.My core competencies include building and managing high-performing AI teams that solve business problems, designing and implementing machine learning frameworks and systems, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
