About James Sledd

In May 2012, I joined Burns & McDonnell as a Commissioning Manager, tasked to develop a commissioning practice for the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Burns & McDonnell, I was a Commissioning Project Manager for AECOM and a third-party Commissioning Authority for Engineering Economics, Inc. focusing on building systems commissioning and sustainable design. I also have over 13 years of previous design experience with a mid-size A/E firm. I have studied in both mechanical engineering and architecture. I am a Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), LEED™ Accredited Professional and a Construction Document Technologist (CDT). Obviously, I enjoy working on the Internet. I also enjoy spending time with my family.
