My legal practice focuses on asset protection, estate planning and business law.I regularly represent business owners, real estate investors, high net worth and high profile people (athletes, doctors, dentists, attorneys, politicians, etc.) to protect their estate as part of a comprehensive estate plan that also can reduce estate taxes.I enjoy working with business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their companies. Because of my MBA and business owner experience prior to becoming an attorney, I provide a real-world perspective to solving clients\' challenges. I help buyers and sellers of businesses reduce their tax impact and minimize their risk. I also serve as counsel in negotiations and contracts. I approach estate planning very differently than most attorneys. I have designed my practice from the client\'s perspective. Every estate plan I do is custom tailored to the client\'s goals and needs. I spend time with my clients to design the perfect estate plan for them.
