About Jerry Sipocz

I’m a staffing professional with over 15 years in the industry. After graduating from Shepherd University, I accepted a position in recruiting here in Maryland. I immediately fell in love with the industry. In late 2016, I took a brief hiatus from recruiting to pursue a childhood dream of joining my family\'s automotive business. Soon after, I realized that the family business wasn’t my calling and that I missed the people, clients, and candidates that I worked with while in recruiting. Luckily, a role opened up, allowing me to transition back into recruiting. After nearly 15 years in the industry, I decided to join Jobot. In my current role at Jobot, I support clients and candidates in finding the perfect match.
