Julie Simeone is a Partner in Patterson\'s Litigation Department, where she focuses on law firm defense, as well as intellectual property matters, including copyright law, patent litigation, and trademark and trade secrets litigation. Ms. Simeone has represented major media companies, book publishers, software companies and medical device companies—including at trials and hearings—in federal court.
