I am a dynamic and accomplished leader with a passion for driving organizational growth and success through innovative learning and development strategies. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, I have developed and implemented global programs that foster inclusive cultures and promote continuous improvement.My professional journey has equipped me with expertise in leadership development, learning and development, change management, and organizational effectiveness. I have successfully led corporate-wide projects, managed quality and customer experience activities, and driven significant improvements in customer service scores. My experience spans various industries, including travel, hospitality, and technology, where I have consistently delivered results by aligning learning and development strategies with business goals.In addition to my professional achievements, I am an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University, where I teach courses in leadership studies and business. I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and certifications in change management, inclusive behaviors, and intercultural communications.I am also deeply committed to non-profit work and have held leadership roles in several organizations. I have served as Past President of the International Association of Reservation Executives and the Mead Education Foundation, where I also held the role of Past Treasurer. My non-profit experience has allowed me to contribute to community development and support various educational initiatives.Outside of work, I am an avid traveler, both personally and professionally, and love exploring new cultures and cuisines. Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes, and I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and sharing meals with family and friends. I am also a proud mom to two amazing girls who inspire me every day.
