   The mission of Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center is to empower and increase the entrepreneurial capacities of socially and economically diverse women and men, and thereby strengthen our communities through the creation of sustainable new businesses, new jobs, and the promotion of financial self-sufficiency.• Recently implemented and migrated accounting data to two cloud based systems - Intacct and Bill.com, including some portions of planning, data migration, interface implementation, and staff retraining.• Cross-training and review of accounting work of staff, Interns and consultants on all accounting processes.• Delivery of Finance Onboarding for new staff around Policies and processes.• Manage the full lifecycle of accounting including month-end close and ensuring financial reports are ready for review.• Provide centralized accounting services for 5 Bay Area locations while maintaining and invoicing Federal, State, Local and Corporate Granting organizations to ensure Renaissance is properly funded to support our client services including education programs and access to sub-grant awards.• Track and maintain the accounting of individual, corporate, and event-based donations and collaborate with the Development team to ensure that funds are reconciled• Advanced management of Excel formulas and functions to help automate the payroll and operating cost allocation of expenses across several programs and various internal accounts • Have worked with Accuchex and Paylocity for Payroll Reporting. Have coordinated the integration of Paylocity reporting with the Accounting system at the account and cost center level• Provide Financial Reporting support to the Director of Finance in the form of budget-to-actual variances.• Interface with Auditors, and provide audit reporting as necessary for Internal Annual Audits and Grant Specific audits that are conducted by Federal, State, and Local granting agencies.
