Manage, schedule, and produce projects, perform quality control, market for new clients and maintain existing client relations. Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for management of Texas Utility Locating SUE and Utility Coordination project team.Manage project performance, to include, schedule, budget and quality of the work.Provide project management services including conducting project internal meetings and client meetings.Prepare SUE plans; manage project team, including delegating tasks and ensuring compliance with project scope and schedule.Provide utility coordination services including conducting meetings, preparing agreements and cost estimates, approving design plans, specifications and other submittals.Assist marketing staff with marketing packages, provide proposal preparation, proposal review and presentations.Identify and solicit project opportunities with current and new clients and attend marketing meetings as needed.Assist in developing procedures, standards, methods and systems to improve project delivery.Review Contract documents, engineering plans, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and conformance with project requirements.Additional projects as assigned.Leak Detection for sub-slab and swimming pools
