   Sheesley & Associates is a full service consulting engineering and surveying firm. We serve a diverse array of clients from land developers, individual land owners, construction firms and oil and gas operators. We are a certified PA-UCP W/MBE and a certified PaDOT Business Partner. Our project experience includes land development engineering, aviation and highway work including ROW plans, and all aspects of Marcellus well development from well plats and surveys to pad, access and impoundment design, as well as compressor station location design and pipelines. We specialize in obtaining ESCGP-2 permits in both normal and high quality/exceptional value watersheds and obtaining all DEP General and Joint permits, state HOP permits and local/municipal permits required for Marcellus development. Additionally, we have in house capabilities of developing your project beginning with surveying lease properties and unit boundaries and creating well plats and obtaining DEP well permits. We also provide construction stake out, as-built drawings and construction coordination with GPS construction technology.
