Joshua leverages Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track campaign performance, interpret audience engagement data, and deliver recommendations that help clients grow with intention.Before launching Imagery by Josh, Joshua served as a Crime Analyst with the Hartford Police Department, where he transformed complex, multi-source data into clear intelligence that shaped public safety strategy across the entire city of Hartford. Producing two to three statistical and narrative reports weekly for command staff, he developed a disciplined approach to data collection, pattern recognition, and translating numbers into decisions that matter. That analytical foundation continues to inform every aspect of his work today, from reading campaign metrics to identifying trends that others miss.Equally central to Joshua\'s story is his nonprofit and human services background. Having worked as a Care Coordinator at Community Health Resources across both the Adult Outpatient and Department of Corrections programs, Joshua has spent years walking alongside individuals navigating some of life\'s most difficult moments. That work has shaped his understanding of mission-driven storytelling, community trust, and what it means to communicate with empathy, dignity, and purpose.
