About Shawn Hall

I\'m a media leader with a proven track record in radio, television, and digital sales. To use an alliteration, I\'m a Manager, Mentor, and Motivator. I\'ve been working since I was 12 years old when I began my own small lawn care business. At 15, I landed my first \"real\" job at a radio station in my hometown. That first job led to a 25-year career in radio. I was able to play (as my wife called it) and get paid for it. I\'ve also had an entrepreneurial mindset for most of my life. I owned and operated a DJ company for 20 years, specializing in wedding receptions and corporate events. My wife and I have bought and flipped a handful of houses and manage a couple of rental properties. It\'s not as easy as they make it look on HGTV!Sales has played a role in my working life since I earned my first paycheck. I had to sell myself and my services when I did lawn care and owned my DJ business. I worked in Automotive Sales for 2.5 years in between my Associate Degree and Bachelor\'s Degree. I\'ve sold advertising in both radio and TV, and even spent a couple of years in retail while I was in college.In my current role as Director of Sales for WSAV, I have the privilege of helping businesses spread the word about their products and services. Marketing occasionally causes business owners quite a bit of stress. Our team will help bring customers to you. No need for a complicated explanation; that\'s our job in a nutshell.
