I am a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in the state of Nevada, currently working as a Project Manager at Plus Power. I recently completed two large-scale standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects (250MWh/1GWh & 90MW/360MWh) in Arizona, both of which are now online and fully operational. With these projects, I have led the integration of approximately 1.5 GWhs of BESS now in service with over 2 GWhs in total predevelopment. I have extensive experience in developing and integrating grid-scale battery storage projects, and I am a proven leader in the development and operation of renewable and thermal power plants.Driven to make the industry more efficient with the utilization of diverse energy options leveraging evolving technology to meet the worlds energy needs.Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out- Robert Collier

   Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the U.S, from development through installation and commercial operations. In this role, I am the primary interface between internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, vendors, and utilities, to ensure projects meet technical specifications, commercial requirements, and client expectations- Lead and manage projects from initial development to closeout, coordinating all elements to achieve successful and timely delivery- Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and facilitating meetings to align on project goals- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget management, while mitigating risks through proactive planning and issue resolution- Manage compliance with customer requirements and provide technical solutions to address project-specific needs- Supervise site-based Construction Managers to maintain on-site operations quality and adherence to project goals.
