I\'ve been leading innovation and change with my own quirky brand of obsessive belief in human potential and the power of creativity with a considered respect for method and process for over 30 years. I\'ve been teaching about it while learning even more from student colleagues for 13. Along the way, I\'ve embraced deep respect for the combined power of diverse strengths, perspectives and inspirations to create the best solutions to any problem. My greatest professional joys come from finding sleek ways for the efforts we expend to create as much shared value, new knowledge and rich experiences as humanly possible. My work with A Matter of Taste lets me design how each event or experience we deliver for our clients has a rich menu of tastes, techniques, and topics that engage us toward better collaboration and readiness for what may come. Making each moment we take for connection work harder to provide renewal, re-anchoring, and commitment to shared values and objectives is a great true north to work from!
