Founded Redemption Seminary and developed a dream team of co-workers to serve adult Christians with best-of-class, affordable, self-paced, high-touch, and low-stress graduate programs in theology.I developed all of the policy manuals and regulatory infrastructure which took Redemption Seminary from an idea to an accredited institution (attaining accreditation in a little over two years after applying for it.)• Navigated regulations for each state for non-profit and educational services. Authored innovative policy manuals for students, employees, and the board. Served as the school’s chief compliance officer for accreditation.• Created the school’s scalable student information system (SIS). Created a curriculum information system for tracking learning outcomes and activity time.• Spearheaded go-to-market efforts and managed the recruiting funnel, including all website development and producing many content marketing pieces including direct marketing copy.• Performed primary fundraising and development for the institution.• Managed budgeting, payroll, annual audits, and many financial operations in Quickbooks.
