   Lead day-to-day project oversight by coordinating with site managers, EPCs, and clients to ensure accurate daily construction reporting, issue tracking, and compliance with safety and quality standards. • Manage project financials by monitoring staffing schedules, validating billing accuracy, and overseeing change orders from initiation through closure. • Serve as a primary liaison between owners, EPCs, and internal teams—driving weekly and monthly meetings to align on project schedules, resources, and deliverables. • Oversee project documentation and data integrity by ensuring drawings, RFIs, NCRs, schedules, safety reports, and inspection documents are consistently updated and organized across customer and internal systems. • Conduct regular site visits to audit safety, equipment, and readiness, while providing coaching and support to field managers to maintain client standards. • Support project mobilization and execution by coordinating pre-construction handoffs, securing permits and agreements, and ensuring teams have access to key tools, contracts, and reporting systems. • Partner with leadership to identify revenue opportunities, evaluate talent, and escalate performance or cost-control issues as needed to maintain project success.
