With over 20 years of experience in government contracting, I am a proven business advisor with expertise in service and IT acquisitions for the municipal and federal levels. As a former Air Force warranted Contingency Contracting Officer, I have demonstrated a track record of successful acquisitions, project and program management for multiple government organizations.In my current role as a Project Manager Manager at MBA Consulting Services, Inc, I provide project management and coordination between suppliers, internal USPS customers, and USPS Engineering/TAPM program office for SDUS and SIPS package sorter programs. I conduct site mobilizations for package sorter deployments, and provide project management for multiple Smart Package Locker deployments, eLocks and High Security Collection Boxes. I have also successfully deployed 32 SIPS package sorters and 55 SDUS package sorters, and provide weekly updates via presentations to USPS internal customers.Prior to my current role, I served as a Contract Specialist for Articus Solutions, LLC for the U.S. Agency for International Development, and as a Senior Purchasing Specialist for MBA Consulting Services, Inc. for the US Postal Service. As a Contract Specialist at the U.S. General Services Administration, I procured a variety of supplies/commodities, technical and professional services for the National Capital Region, Office of Acquisitions, Specialized Services Division. I also served as a Senior Contract Specialist for Far West Ventures, LLC, assisting the US Army Contracting Command with closeouts for contracts throughout Army Contracting Command. Additionally, I served as a Contract Specialist for Metrics, LLC for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.Throughout my career, I have successfully provided project management and coordination between suppliers and internal customers, consolidated market analysis and surveys into concise recommendations, and coordinated with clients and general counsel in negotiations with suppliers on behalf of the Contracting Officer. I have also created award recommendations for solicitations, pricing analysis for Contracting Officer, and provided contract build-out training to purchasing specialists and pre-evaluation training to technical evaluation teams.
