   Collaborate with sales, service, parts, finance, and detail departments to manage used car reconditioning process from purchase through completion and follow vehicles for 90 days post-purchase for approximately 100 cars per month- Submit reconditioning estimates for approval, order parts, track part and in-step progress, complete repair order paperwork and CPO / safety inspection documentation- Provide top-tier customer service for internal, customer-pay, and warranty work, maintain high CSI ratings- Facilitate sales requests for WeOwe work- Write up and follow service issues with new and used current inventory including battery charging- Manage Lemon Law repair program by accepting deliveries, writing repair orders, managing repair process through invoicing, communicate effectively with FCA representatives to ensure timely and accurate updates, create and submit quotes for requested repairs outside of warranty coverage, request pick up and release vehicles once completed- Utilize automotive software including Reynolds & Reynolds, Rapid Recon, vAuto, ALLDATA, KeyTrac, Vinpoint, and DealerCONNECT
