   Manage projects varying in scope from ad banners and microsites to large, multi-platform, multi-year efforts that include digital display, websites, video and events, with budgets ranging from $15K to $3M+.• Lead both the post-sale client relationship and multidisciplinary local, remote and vendor teams through the project lifecycle to on-budget, on-time and successful project completion. • Create, and continually manage project roadmaps and documentation including SOWs, schedules, budgets, change orders.• Facilitate client and internal meetings including updates, feedback, identifying and addressing issues.• Liase between creative and production teams, ensuring both successful coding, devops and QA, and fidelity to design and creative intention. • Continually evaluate program metrics and data to measure & ensure project success and ROI.Highlights:• Executed a new pharmaceutical’s 3-month brand launch campaign including custom video series and photography, full suite of supporting print ads, digital banners and branded content, and ticketed live event with celebrity panels, activity stations and chef catering.• Launched 3 brand’s digital presences including website, social and CRM tools, ticketing/sales back-end, digital banners, social content, and subsequent product enhancement rollouts.• Launched and coordinated marketing and subscription drive for a new health app.• Produced 20+ microsites, 75+ pieces of branded content, 100+ pieces of social content, 250+ digital banners.
