I am a Clinical Psychologist and Behavioral Health Leader with extensive experience building, leading, and scaling pediatric psychology and outpatient behavioral health services within healthcare systems and private practice.I currently serve as Clinical Director of Pediatric Psychology within a large outpatient behavioral health setting, where I lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee clinical quality and service delivery, supervise psychologists and trainees, and support program development aligned with organizational goals.Across hospital-based systems and private practice, my work has focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families while strengthening operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and provider development.
