Joining UK Research and Innovation within the Digital Data and Technology team, I am responsible for providing architectural oversight and direction across the project portfolio, comprising the following major programmes of work- Data Portfolio, delivering a new Customer Relationship Management solution and a new data and analytics platform- Finance & HR Programme, migrating the organisations legacy ERP to a replacement cloud platform- Information Portfolio, implementing a new Identity and Access Management platform- Innovation and Grant Programme, implementing a bespoke solution to manage research applications and funding- Infrastructure Portfolio, implementing a new Service Management platform and introducing new ways of working to address challenges with application portfolio management and legacy IT
