Experienced civil engineer with over 10 years’ experience delivering highways, drainage, earthworks and wider civil engineering design across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. I specialise in the design and technical approval of adoptable highways (Sections 38, 184, 278), private access and estate roads, and foul and surface water drainage systems (Sections 104, 106, 98, 185), working in accordance with DMRB, Manual for Streets, DCG, Building Regulations and SuDS Manual guidance.I lead projects from feasibility through to final adoption, liaising directly with highway authorities, LLFAs, water companies and planning officers to resolve planning conditions, technical audits and expedite certificates.Accustomed to running multiple schemes in parallel, I coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee QA, mentor junior engineers and manage client relationships.
