   Led germicidal ultraviolet (GUV) product testing for the U.S. Department of Energy’s CALiPER program – Led development or revision of voluntary consensus standards for GUV product characterization – Analyzed radiometric data and generated visualizations using Excel, Python, and Photometric Toolbox – Simulated GUV and lighting system performance using AGi32, Visual Lighting, and AutoCAD – Team subject matter expert for selection, calibration, and use of optical radiation measuring equipment – Primary technical contributor to development of optical radiation research proposals and safety protocols – Primary coauthor of the U.S. Department of Energy’s test procedure for compact fluorescent lamps – Led studies of roadway lighting and safety (using Python, R, and Tableau), connected lighting system performance, LED price and efficacy trends, LED material toxicity, and demonstration projects of early LED lighting systems (using AGi32 and AutoCAD) – Led development of template specifications for the Municipal Solid-State Street Lighting Consortium – Managed development and maintenance of educational fact sheets for solid-state lighting technology – Contributed analysis to early CALiPER reports on commercial laboratory testing of lighting products – Presented results through webinars and at many conferences and workshops
