Drone Pilot and Professional Geographer. Subject matter expert (SME) for project evaluations conducted in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and Section 4(f) of the DOT Act of 1966. I have specialized for over 35 years in the integration of these three processes for proposed federal projects based experience in nearly 40 states. I meet the Secretary of the Interior\'s standards for both architectural history and history. My historic expertise is focused on scientific and highly technical property from World War II and the Cold War. I also specialize in rural architectural history, focusing on the Great Plains. My most recent projects include completing historic building studies of four nuclear reactors, including the world\'s first nuclear reactor, which became operational outside of Chicago, Illinois in 1943.
