Ramos Design Build was founded by General Contractor James Ramos. James is one of the most innovative minds in the real estate and construction industry. He enjoys working directly with his clients to develop homes that evoke unique experiences. He has developed a 12-step construction methodology, The Ramos Way, to ensure consistent delivery across the construction process while providing transparency to the customer. An accomplished author, James is passionate about helping real estate professionals incorporate aspects of design and build to better support their clients’ needs. In addition to Ramos Design Build, James owns Dakota Kitchen + Bath and one of the fastest growing RE/MAX franchises in the United States. James’ high energy and winning attitude was developed at a young age and is contributed to his participation in team sports – including four years in Division I baseball at the University of Florida. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Florida and a MBA from Emory University.
