Teach AP Studio Art – both Drawing and 2-D Design. Students learn a variety of concepts and approaches in drawing, painting and other media so that they are able to demonstrate a range of abilities and versatility with technique, problem solving, and ideation.Teach first year Ceramics 1 (past including Visual Arts working with various media from technical pen to charcoal to wire to watercolor to mixed media) course. Exposing students to various genres of art while building their content vocabulary and fundamental skills. Teach Advanced Ceramics courses (Ceramics 2 and 3) focusing on building the students fundamentals (the Elements of Art and Principles of Design) while exploring different media. Students will create technically challenging, thematically stimulating, and highly personal works of art throughout the school year. Teach Computer Art working with various digital platforms such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as making connections building the school yearbook.Member of Instructional Leadership Team and School Site Council; Blue and White advisor (student ambassadors) and Clubs Director at Wallenberg High School. SFUSD ARTS coordinator. Coordinate Spring Arts Festival each year - facilitating club activities along with student art show. Created fundraising program resulting in donations and grants to supplement art program budget. Collaborated with colleagues to prepare for WASC visitation
