About Jonathan Sherman

Jonathan Sherman is a Product and Change Manager at the World Economic Forum in New York City where he drives adoption of the Forum’s digital tools and products through Change Management and Customer Experience (CX). Prior to joining the Forum, Jonathan was a Senior Business Analyst at SoundExchange where he provided digital solutions for the publishing, collection, and distribution of digital performance royalties for more than recording artists worldwide.Jonathan’s prior experience includes technology strategy work at consulting firms like Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, and ICF International, where he co-founded Deloitte’s Music Industry Consulting Practice. Jonathan also has prior International Trade and Legislative Affairs experience from work at an international law firm, as well as in the Pentagon, White House, State Department, Commerce Department, and at the United Nations. In his spare time, Jonathan is an avid musician, cook, cyclist, and soccer player.
