I’ve filled a number of roles over my career, from webmaster to front-end dev to prototyper, with some interesting detours and fun projects thrown in along the way. I’m at my best when I’m working at the intersection of UX design and software engineering, with people who have a healthy passion about one, the other, or both.I love:• building software and seeing how people use it• crafting interactions that people find intuitive and delightful• inspiration that springs from hallway conversations• building tools that make it easier for people to do their jobs• working with and learning from people of all different disciplines, especially designers• iterating on user experiences when things don’t go as planned• figuring out why software is broken and sharing the knowledge with othersI do not love:• siloed working environments• working without timely and constructive feedback• coder\'s block • inheriting unrealistic deadlines• office politics
