Manages the development of new and innovative uses of data in support of Ampersand’s mission to transform the TV and digital video ecosystem to audience-based, multiscreen, and accountable. This has included the implementation of Ampersand’s addressable TV data capabilities across what is now the largest footprint in the industry, as well as establishing Ampersand’s Total TV and Incremental Reach solutions. Joined as \"Data hire number 1\" and has since built a 25 person organization from scratch that have driven these accomplishments. Has been responsible for state-of-the-art data collaboration projects with third-party data companies, data clean room (\"clean tech\") providers, and Ampersand\'s MVPD owners to drive innovation in activation, measurement, and attribution in the face of evolving consumer privacy regulatory environments.
