About Jose Rosado

After nearly a decade of working in the real estate industry in Northern New Jersey across roles in sales, marketing, recruitment, coaching, & leadership positions, I made a big life shift when the pandemic began in 2020 by relocating to New York City & pursuing other career paths. Prior to my departure from real estate, the most fulfilling positions I held were training & coaching roles as Sales Support Coordinator at Coldwell Banker and the Assistant Team Leader/ Dual Career Coach at Keller Williams, where I coordinated lesson plans & launched coaching programs for real estate agents seeking to transition out of their existing careers to be full time agents, provide business strategy for agents looking to grow their businesses, as well as meeting directly with candidates seeking to affiliate with each brokerage to conduct preliminary interviews. I most recently worked in the fitness industry over the past two years, teaching group fitness classes at local boutique studios & martial arts for non-profits, as well as working in sales at established gym brands such as Equinox & Crunch Fitness. While I have a passion for health & fitness, my time away helped me renew my desire and focus to positively affect change in the industry I grew up into, and returned to North Jersey Real Estate in March 2023 to help the expansion & growth of my family\'s team business. A member of the LGBTQ+ community, I reside in Manhattan and frequently am in Brooklyn, where I have begun hosting & promoting for nightlife events in addition to helping create more inclusive spaces for people to be able to participate in martial arts, self-defense, & fitness by partnering with local gyms and non-profits. I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the impact and progress of others that I have helped through direct interaction, collaboration, and public speaking. Having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, in addition to my experience in real estate sales, I have knowledge in marketing and growth strategies, and specialize in program implementation, recruitment, education, and coaching.
