I’m a Recruiting Manager at OpenGov, where I partner closely with leaders across GTM and G&A to build strong teams and create hiring programs that make a real impact. I lead a small but mighty recruiting team and oversee internal mobility, referrals, talent attraction, and university recruiting. My focus is simple: hire great people, help them grow, and make the experience straightforward and meaningful for everyone involved.I love coaching, problem-solving, and creating clarity—whether it’s helping my team build strong talent pipelines or helping someone navigate an internal move. I aim to be a steady, thoughtful partner who raises the bar while keeping people at the center.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking weekend trips, and trying new restaurants. I was born and raised in Dallas, TX, went to college in Austin, TX (Hook \'Em!) and moved to Valdosta, GA in 2022 to support my husband’s role in the USAF.
