I provide both commercial and residential valuations across Greater Manchester, Merseyside and the wider North West. I have worked at Colliers for 10 years, and have 10 years experience in providing valuations in the North West region. I provide Red Book compliant reports, primarily for secured lending and accounting purposes. I am commercially driven and recognise that valuation work is not solely about providing a number. I enjoy getting involved in large projects, particularly providing valuation advice on development assets.
